Born in eastern Canada, Ritch lived in Toronto and Montreal as a young boy. At the age of 7 he moved to Edmonton where he would spend the next nine years growing up and building a foundation based on good values and hard work. Ritch has been an entrepreneur for as long as he can remember. At the age of 10 he bought some tools with some money he had saved and started a bike repair business fixing bikes for the kids in the neighborhood. By the age of 11 he had his first paper route with the Edmonton Journal and would regularly win contests and prizes for the highest increase in subscribers.
When Ritch was 16, his family was transferred back to Ontario where he would complete high school while working
part time in the clothing department of a national department store. At the age of 18, in search of a life of
his own, he filled his car with everything he could and set out on a journey that would bring him to the west
coast where he would soon meet his wife to be and eventually marry.
Upon arriving, Ritch quickly found work in the labor force but always knew his true passion was in sales. He
eventually went back to the retail industry selling consumer electronics where he received countless awards for
Top Sales Performance and Production including the prestigious award of "Salesperson Of The Year" Nationally
out of 400 salepeople.
Ritch had visions of climbing the corporate ladder but his dreams were shattered when the parent company in the
UK decided to close the doors forever.
In search of a new career and knowing how much he enjoyed helping people, it wasn’t long before Ritch began his
Real Estate career.

Now he's helping people buy and sell homes in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, but the principles remain the same.
"I think the most important thing to remember is that there are people behind every transaction, and their

Ritch, a father of three and a resident of Maple Ridge since 1992 when his real estate career began, strongly
believes in giving back to a community that has been so good to him and his family over the years. A positive,
supportive member of the Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows community, he continues to give his time coaching and
managing minor hockey teams as well as lacrosse and helping young athletes develop their
skills. Ritch has a vision that one day all children will have the resources and the opportunity available
to play a sport no matter what their social status or background is. “No child should be deprived from
playing sports” says Ritch “There are just so many positive benefits that children derive from them.” This
dedication to making a difference in the lives of others is growing stronger by the day for Ritch.
An unsurpassed work ethic, integrity and determination to achieve goals are some of the attributes Ritch
learned from his Grandfather as a young boy. He taught Ritch that to get where you want to go, you
